Body types, know your body type,nutrition and exercise
Bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts welcome wherever you are,Have you ever wondered why your friend's muscles are growing faster than you even though you follow the same system??? Are you really bored and feel like you're practicing uselessly?, well don't worry.
You may think that there is a secret or that your friend is taking magic pills to increase muscles but there is no secret to the subject the answer is simply your body type, yes the types of the human body are different from each other.
There are bodies that gain muscle swell quickly, there are bodies that are hard-earned, bodies lose weight quickly and bodies lose weight with difficulty.
Today I'll let you know your body type, nutrition and exercise to achieve your goal of reaching the body of your dreams as quickly as possible.

The types of human body are divided into three sections:
- Body type mesomorph
- Body type endomorph
- Body type ectomorph
1-mesomorph body
It is that the ideal body that acquires muscle swells quickly and fat swells.
MESOMORPH CHARACTERISTICS:
- Strong body and structure
- He's got a muscle mass.
- He gains muscle quickly.
- Loses fat quickly
- His waist is tight.
- His shoulders are wide.
- His thighs are strong.
- He earns fat fast.
mesomorph diet:
Since it is an ideal body type, increases muscles quickly and easily loses fat, preferably a diet of 40% to 60% carbohydrates, taking 2 grams protein per pound of his body.
You prefer to divide your daily meals into 6 meals, and make sure you eat enough calories to build your muscles.
mesomorph workout:
- Exercise from 8-12 repetitions.
- 30-second rest between tours.
- You can play cardio exercises on rest days.
2-endomorph body type
Endomorph body is an easy-to-distinguish body where its body is full of fat.
CHARACTERISTICS Endomorph:
- Soft and round body
- Acquires muscle and fat quickly.
- Relatively short.
- Difficulty losing fat.
- The metabolic rate is slow.
- Asymmetry of muscle shape.
endomorph diet:
Since the body of Endomorph is a type of fat body you should lose weight and then start building muscles, you should eat 500 calories less than your calories.
Your diet should be 50% to 60% protein, 40% to 30% carbohydrates, and 10% healthy fat.

mesomorph workout:
The endoserve plays iron exercises 4 days a week and on rest days he exercises cardio and performs 10-15 repeats in each round.
3-ectomorph body
He's a skinny body that eats and doesn't get old.
CHARACTERISTICS ectomorph:

ectomorph diet:
ectomorph is the type of body that burns calories at high speed, so it should eat carbohydrates as high as potatoes, rice and i recommend you take supplements that contain high calories to gain weight and build muscle.
ectomorph workout:
Exercise 4 days a week and avoid cardio, and make sure to exercise as much as you can and have 40 to 60 minutes of exercise.
Tip: Avoid practicing bodybuilding styles like super set because they are never yours.
